The Chesterfield Mayfair offers a charming atmosphere with friendly staff who genuinely care about guests. While the rooms are lovely, the check-in process could benefit from more warmth. Some staff interactions felt a bit cold, which is surprising for such a delightful hotel.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location made it easy to stroll to Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect after a long day exploring. Dining options were excellent and the breakfast choices were great! Just a heads up, while the stay was awesome, the hotel can be a bit pricey.
One thing to note is that I felt a bit pressured by staff at the bar over drink orders, which was awkward.

Amazing staff made our stay special!
Everyone was super friendly, especially Jade, James, and Freddie—they really made our trip unforgettable. I even got engaged during our stay! One downside was hearing the neighbors sometimes, but it was mostly quiet. The bar was a highlight too!

We had an amazing stay, enjoying the lovely whiskey tasting and the beautiful lobby. The hotel offers plenty of relaxation opportunities, like a serene spa and tranquil garden area. The only downside was the bathroom size, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Highly recommend this place! 🌟

The Classic Double Room offered an impressive ambiance with padded fabric walls and a comfortable large bed, creating a cozy atmosphere. Superb attention to detail was evident as the staff went above and beyond, even providing a bathrobe and slippers for our daughter. Although breakfast was not included in the room rate, and the menu selections felt on the pricey side at £70 for room service, the overall experience was delightful.
